Welcome To Cottage Educare

The Cottage Educare takes enrolments for children aged 2-5 years old.  We offer 20 hours Free ECE for 3, 4 and 5 year olds and WINZ subsidies are accepted.

We are currently offering 30 HOURS FREE CHILDCARE for all children aged 2-5 years.  Enrol your child between the hours of 9am and 3pm to take up this offer.  (contact us for conditions)

The Cottage is open weekdays from 7.30am until 5.30pm
 
We are located at 5 minutes from the CBD at 30 Pererika street (just off Ranolf St near the skate park).
 
We provide a nurturing learning environment in a warm safe homely atmosphere.  Our centre is like an extension from the children's home environment with caring and supportive teachers who enjoy interactions with children and their families/whanau.
 
The Cottage learning programme focuses on the children's interests with teachers extending them with continuous learning and development opportunities.  We provide on going transition to school programmes focusing on early literacy skills.
 
We have a well resourced centre with indoor outdoor flow.  Our spacious grassed outdoor play area provides opportunities for children to enhance their physical development.

At the Cottage we enjoy lots of laughter and fun activities.  We welcome and enourage parents to come and join in activities with their children when possible.
